Wicked Om was always an idea that was in the back of my mind and it wasn’t until I had my daughter, Kinsley, in 2017, that it finally came to fruition. My hope is that this program will expand your practice, expose you to the many layers of yoga, grow your confidence and inspire + push you to find your unique, individual voice. Yoga has done SO much for me + I hope you will let it do the same for you <3
I started practicing yoga back in 2010 and had a very much on + off practice. It wasn’t until I stumbled into my first yoga studio in Maryland that I felt fully connected to the practice. I knew then that yoga would change the trajectory of my life – and it did. I finished my first teacher training in 2013 and was able to learn from + be mentored by some of the most amazing teachers. I have since completed many other trainings + I am currently enrolled in my second 300-hour training with a focus on Ayurveda, The Divine Feminine + Tantra Yoga. I pull from all of the modalities, knowledge + wisdom I have acquired over the last decade and share it with my students.

Wicked Om Yoga school is a Vinyasa-based yoga school. We teach yoga classes designed to link breath to movement and to hone in on the balance between mindful movement and more challenging postures. During the 16 weeks of training, you will learn the art of sequencing yoga classes by learning the blueprint of a structured vinyasa flow class. You will learn to teach classes for all-levels and for beginners.
That’s totally okay! This training is a great way to dive deeper into all aspects of yoga. It is open to everyone – whether you want to become a teacher or just deepen your understanding of yoga, both the physical and mental aspects. Your experience in Teacher Training will be life-altering and directly impact your life in the best way possible.

We recommend you have at least 6 months of consistent yoga practice under your belt for the training. This is the most common question we get from all potential trainees. Many potential trainees are concerned that their practice is not good enough and/or not having an advanced practice will affect their experience. We understand and want you to know that most of the other trainees feel the same. Once the training starts and you meet all the other trainees, we guarantee these worries will fade away and you will be able to fully enjoy your experience.
Outside of the lectures and sessions where we meet in person, you will be required to complete a 20-hour online anatomy course. This course will be completed throughout our time together and you will have weekly check-ins with your lead on your progress. We are also planning mentorship sessions and community classes. Those will be scheduled within our first two weeks of Teacher Training and will be based off of the groups schedule.
We do our best to keep the trainings personalized and relatively small. You can expect anywhere from 5-10 trainees in each session.
Yes! You are allowed to miss 3 sessions over the 16 weeks. If you already know the dates you will need to miss in advance, let Ciara know before the training so she can schedule your make-up work and a time to meet with you to make up the hours.
Option 1: Group make-up sessions. Schedule time with Ciara/Coaches to meet as a group.
Option 2: Schedule a private session with one of the teachers.
Please note: Missing more than three sessions of training, will require the individual to pay for an individual session(s) with one of our lead facilitators, to be eligible for certification. The cost per missed session is $125.
Your formal graduation is on the last day of Teacher Training. All of your classes, journals and assignments need to be submitted by that time before you are able to receive your certificate. You will have a 2 week grace period to finish up any of your hours or work needed. If you need more time, please let your lead trainer know. We use our connections and networks to help launch your new path of teaching. There are many yoga studios and gyms on the south shore looking for quality instructors and we feel confident that after you complete our training, you will have everything you need to launch a successful yoga teaching career.
YAY! We are so excited to be a part of this amazing journey with you. Once your ready, add the deposit to your cart and check out. This will reserve your spot in our training program. If you have any questions about anything above or something we haven’t covered, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com.
