Join Ciara Desmond this summer for our signature Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga classes on the South Shore. The majority of our classes are offered privately as single student or private group classes tailored to your interests and experience level.

We are also now offering a limited number of public, drop-in classes! Pop-ups will be announced via social media on a weekly basis for booking the same week. Follow-us on Instagram for schedule announcements and for booking links!

Take your yoga practice to the water and experience the tranquility and peacefulness of the water on your board. Classes and workshops are for all levels and are 90 minutes in length from our on-land lesson to on-the-water Savasana.

No SUP experience is required to participate but some yoga experience is recommended. Classes include all equipment – board rental, paddle, life vest, anchor and class. 

Please contact us if you would like to BYOB. Boards must be pre-approved for SUP Yoga, and a clip will need to be adhered to your board to connect to our anchor line.
