1:1 Private Yoga Sessions are for busy yogis of all levels who prefer to practice from the comfort of their own home!

In-studio and/or Zoom group classes are not for everyone, and this experience provides the opportunity to move and breathe in a way that is personalized to you, your body, your lifestyle, and your needs. If you’re a seasoned yogi, expect to refine and elevate your practice and dive deeper into yogic principles. If you’re new to yoga, expect to develop a consistent practice with grace, and ease.
