1:1 Private Yoga

My aim is for people to feel empowered and strong in absolutely every sense of the words.

You'll find my classes sensitively balance both technique and creativity so that you come away feeling like you've really learnt something, but also at the same time having the opportunity to just get lost in the practice too.

Whether you're looking for a powerful flow, an embodied slow flow or a nourishing restorative practice, we have you covered. Want to just breathe? Find stillness? Meditate? Soften? We would be honored to be your guide.

Expect clarity and precision, intuitive and embodied movement, anatomically + trauma informed teaching, good music, heart-felt philosophy, no dogma, a little sweat, a lot of warmth.

1:1 Private Strength Training

Strength training is for everyone. 

Whether you are completely new to moving your body, or coming back after a period of time - we meet you where you are at in your sessions. Our job as your coach, is to aid you safely through your fitness journey and beyond, honoring your goals and your unique body!

Sessions can be done virtually, in your home or at a local studio. And are based entirely off your schedule and availability. 

We recommend 2-3 sessions/week of personal training.
