Join us this January for a 4-week Restorative Yoga Series. Immerse yourself in deep rest. Find your breath and your power.
We are so excited to have you join us for this 4-week series, which includes one weekly live restorative practice plus pre-recorded mindfulness, meditations and breath-work practices.
Each week will have a theme that's inspired by the elements and you’ll receive weekly journal prompts and rituals to incorporate into your daily life - delivered straight to your email at the beginning of each week.

Our weekly practice will be live on Sunday's at 10:00am EST. Class will always be recorded and available for you to view at any time!
Over four weeks, we'll drop into body, mind, and spirit to come home to our bodies and find the space between effort and surrender. By making space to slow down and find stillness, this practice will give your nervous system the opportunity to rest and replenish.
Our live class will be recorded and our additional mindfulness practices, including: meditation, pranayama and self-inquiry work will be uploaded at the beginning of each week.
