We are so excited and grateful to offer this mini-day retreat filled with yoga, meditation, healing, connection, community and yummy farm-to-table food!
Join us from 9:30am – 1:30pm for an intimate gathering on a beautiful property in Marshfield overlooking the Spit.
We will start the morning off with coffee + tea (tea will be handcrafted by Samantha Carney!) and begin with a welcome ceremony to ground down, connect with your group and set your intention for the day.
Our welcome ceremony will be followed with an all-levels yoga class led by Ciara Desmond. Class will be Ciara’s signature 50/50 practice – 30-minute Vinyasa + 30-minute restorative yoga.
Elizabeth Raymond, owner of alignedmeditation, will then guide you through a 30-minute sound bowl healing meditation.
After our practice, we will guide you through several journal prompts to help you focus and lean into the New Moon of Libra energy. Her New Moon gives us an opportunity to clarify what types of relationships are best for both our energy and our peace. This time will be spent journaling and also a time to share what’s coming up for you in a safe space.
Samantha Carney, owner of Blossom Bright, will follow our journaling with a guided drum meditation and movement practice. Movement is good for the soul and a gentle way to move any stagnant energy in the body. This is one of our favorite parts of the day!
We will close out the day with a delicious, farm-to-table brunch catered by our friends, The Chefs Table, who source most of their ingredients from local vendors. Yum!
