The Wicked Om Yoga Teacher Training program blends multiple yoga traditions, integrating them into a modern, practical and unique method. This method combines power yoga, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga with an emphasis on physical and energetic alignment with creative and skillful sequencing.
Our goal is to provide each of our trainees with a foundation to lead with authenticity, confidence, compassion, and safety while honoring their individual style and voice. Whether you join us to become a teacher or simply to deepen your own practice, The Wicked Om Yoga teacher training will uniquely prepare you to step into the yoga community with purpose, confidence and a deep understanding of all that yoga can offer your students.
Our program goes beyond just the few months we have together. You will have life-time access to all of our online lectures + resources far beyond graduation. We will also use our knowledge + connections to help support you wherever you decide to take your teacher training!

Not only will you get to know your fellow teachers-in-training but you’ll have an opportunity to meet some of the best instructors on the East Coast as fellow coaches. This community continues to grow + will be there for you for life!

I started practicing yoga back in 2010 and had a very much on + off practice. It wasn’t until I stumbled into my first yoga studio in Maryland that I felt fully connected to the practice. I knew then that yoga would change the trajectory of my life – and it did. I finished my first teacher training in 2013 and was able to learn from + be mentored by some of the most amazing teachers. I have since completed many other trainings + I am currently enrolled in my second 300-hour training with a focus on Ayurveda, The Divine Feminine + Tantra Yoga. I pull from all of the modalities, knowledge + wisdom I have acquired over the last decade and share it with my students.
Wicked Om was always an idea that was in the back of my mind and it wasn’t until I had my daughter, Kinsley, in 2017, that it finally came to fruition. My hope is that this program will expand your practice, expose you to the many layers of yoga, grow your confidence and inspire + push you to find your unique, individual voice. Yoga has done SO much for me + I hope you will let it do the same for you <3

Taking yoga outside the studio to communities underrepresented in a typical yoga class is key to creating a diverse range of teaching voices – so all students can feel represented in the classroom.
We are fully committed to making yoga accessible to EVERYONE in our community.
Please help us spread the word about this opportunity!
