What if you could bring the practices of yoga into your every day life?

"Ciara is a completely amazing human being and instructor/lead trainer. I only knew Ciara as my yoga instructor prior to this training. However, seeing her in her complete element was truly inspiring. Even though the information was a lot to take in she was always kind and patient with us. Even when she needed to be serious or deliver a tough message it was always done with kindness and to make us better as teachers. I truly have even more respect for her after going through this program." - Tina D

"Beth is so much more than a yoga teacher and wellness coach. Beth is a true and authentic listener. She asks relevant and thoughtful questions. She is gifted at getting to the source of the problem whether that is emotional eating or misinformation. Beth takes her time and thinks before she acts or suggests feedback. She takes a client-centered approach and this is her core value. If you are seeking basic nutritional advice, yoga basics, or you are simply just interested in becoming a bit more self-aware, Whole Beeing is a wonderful place to start." - Jocelyn K.

Bringing it All Together: Bringing your Practice to the World with Raquel Bueno

Special Guest Teachers + Workshops

We start this path with the 5 Yamas, which are primarily concerned with the world around us and our interaction with it. Let's break them down: Ahimsa (Non-Violence) – Practicing compassion and forgiveness; Satya (Absence of Falsehood) – Becoming trustworthy to yourself; Asteya (Non-Stealing) – Accepting that what is here is enough; Brahmacharya (Moderation) – Being awake to the senses but not led by them; Aparigraha (Non-Grasping) – Allowing things to come and go. Through guided lessons, practices and self-inquiry, learn how to embody the Yamas in your life!

Module 1: The Yamas

Journey through the 5 Niyamas - our inner observances - the duties directed toward ourselves. Lets break them down: Saucha (Cleanliness) – An everyday clarification of your spaces and practices; Santosha (Contentment) – A non-doing experience of relaxing inward in order to realize your inherent “enoughness.; Tapas (Discipline) – A constancy and disciplined fervor that motivates your sustained practice; Svadhyaya (Self-Study) – Ways of clearing away any misperceptions, as a means to see your life clearly. Ishvara Pranidhana (Surrender) – The understanding of how your intentions relate to what you actually give your attention to. Through guided lessons, practices and self-inquiry, learn how to embody the niyamas in your life!

Module 2: The Niyamas

In our third module, we dive into the third limb - Asana. Asana is often translated as "Postures" but its sanskrit origin refers to it as "sitting down" "to sit down" in a meditation seat. Many of us in the west enter the practice of yoga through movement. The yoga we “do” when we step on our mats is one aspect of a more extensive set of practices and philosophical tenets that can provide a compass for our lives. This module is short and sweet - just how Patanjali describes it in The Yoga Sutras.

Module 3: Asana

Our fourth module starts to bring us inward. Pranayama, also known as breathwork, actually translates to "the intentional movement of life force". This module dives into the anatomy of pranayama - on a physical and energetic level - with an array of practices and reflections to help you find the depth of your breath.

Module 4: Pranayama

Pratyahara, translated as the "withdrawal of the senses", is the 5th limb of yoga and one of the most difficult to explain, understand and to attain. We often think we must shut our senses off to practice pratyahara, but this isn't so. The practice of Pratyahara changes our state of mind so that we become so absorbed with what we’re focussing on inside, that the things outside of ourselves no longer distract us.

The Self-Guided Version

Hey, I’m Ciara, Founder + Chief Yoga Officer of Wicked Om Yoga. To say I LOVE learning and teaching about yoga, movement, and wellness is an understatement - I have more than 5,000 hours of teaching and more than 2,000 hours of training under my belt! I've studied under Katie Silcox, Ally Bogard, Abbie Galvin, Jillian Pransky, Sarah Duvall and many more incredible teachers. I love traveling and lead yoga, ayurveda and wellness retreats all over the world.

Always learning more about: yoga philosophy, ayurveda, the divine feminine, restorative yoga, herbalism, plants, gardening, hormones, and holistic wellness.

Hi there! I'm Ciara and I am so excited to have you here...

Beth first began practicing yoga after college, learning quickly that its purpose was to guide her back to a feeling of home within herself each and every time she stepped onto her mat.

Through teaching yoga and wellness coaching, Beth strives to facilitate self-study, or Svadhyaya in Sanskrit, as she holds space for her students and clients to inquire with themselves, live with greater intention and awareness, feel at home in their own skin, and incorporate lessons learned on the mat into their daily lives.

Always learning more about: yoga philosophy, holistic wellness, painting, and self-care.

Hi there! I'm Beth and I cannot wait to share my passion of yoga with you...
