An Ayurveda Immersion 

Ayurveda means “Knowledge of Life” and provides us with the tools to live a more Svasthya lifestyle – more balanced, whole and prosperous. Join us for an 8-week Ayurvedic course to learn how to implement this ancient wisdom into your modern day life. We’ll also dive into yoga, meditation, writing and other healing modalities to really hone in on your bodies life force and bring more balance to your every day.

What is Svāsthya?

Svāsthya means health, well-being and prosperity. 

In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “the wisdom of life”. Ayur means life + Veda means wisdom or knowledge. This ancient practice, much like yoga, originated more than 3500 years ago. It’s wisdom is rooted in the ancient spiritual texts, known as The Vedas. Ayurveda’s holistic healing wisdom has created a matrix of knowledge about human physiology and health, as well as the medicinal properties of plants and minerals, to bring the body, mind and spirit into their natural state of balance.
Join us for a transformative 8-week series, which includes a weekly lecture, a weekly group discussion + QA, daily themed yoga + meditation practices, journal prompts to dive inward, Ayurvedic recipes and so much more.

  • This immersion program is open to EVERYONE and all of our lectures will be recorded so you can do this program on your own time.
  • At the beginning of each week, students will receive their weekly newsletter and access to our daily yoga + meditation practices. We will give you an idea of what classes to take when but just like this program, we want you to tap into your intuition, listen to your body and practice when it feels good for you.
  • Participants will have access to this program for as long as it is available on the platform. You can come back to re-do the program whenever you need!
