Join us for a transformational 8-week series that will deep dive into your yoga practice!
We’ll cover proper alignment on common postures in your yoga classes, modifications and advancements catered to your individual needs, Pranayama practices for on and off your mat + the philosophy + history of yoga – so you can live your yoga off your mat and share it with others.
This series is open to all practitioners (including current yoga teachers!) that want to learn more about the depths of yoga but aren’t ready to commit to a 200-hour Teacher Training.
We’ll meet in-person once a week, with additional reading + essay assignments, for a total of 30 hours. We can’t wait to learn and grow with you in 2020!
