My 1:1 private training offerings were designed for the modern mama - someone looking to strengthen their deep inner core, build muscle to run with their littles and take care of their body, minds, hearts and souls for a full life to come.
I’m a busy mama of two littles that understand life happens and it can be really challenging carving out the time for you. Working 1:1 with me ensures you are giving yourself the space, time and love you and your body need to be the best version of yourself for you and your loved ones.
I offer pre/postnatal personal strength training, written personal programming and private 1:1 yoga sessions to help you find balance in your body and your life. Let’s work together to curate a unique program to fit your needs for where you are and where you want to go.

Private 1:1 Yoga
How often do you make it to your mat? Spend time focused on breathing? Dropping into a meditative state? We know it’s hard to stay consistent with your practice when life is happening all around you. We see you!
Private yoga is an opportunity for a more individualized experience - on and off the mat! My private yoga clients are the absolute best and one of my favorite parts of this job. I get to truly customize our sessions together and watch you grow as a student and human. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling empowered, soft, supported and more like you.

Pre/Postnatal Strength Training
As a fellow mama (best job ever!), I know first hand how hard it is to put your wellness first. I am here to help you feel strong and empowered in your pregnancy and beyond.
Whatever your needs are - I am here to help! I’ll create a strength training program unique to you and your goals. All of my sessions are currently offered virtually and I open up spots for sessions seasonally.

Personal Programming
Personal Programming is the perfect option for those with a constant workout routine and/or background in fitness. Programs are for those that are looking for expert guidance for their workout routine - something consistent and unique to your body and your goals.
Our personal programming is offered on a month by month basis. We’ll meet at the beginning of each month to go over the workouts in more detail and answer any questions you may have. You’ll get access to our on-demand studio (coming soon) and email support throughout the month. Personal Programming starts at $300/month.

I started Wicked Om Yoga + Ayurveda in 2018 after my first daughter was born. I wanted to create a space that would help others come back home to their body. It’s grown in so many ways over the years and I’m so excited you have found me here. I can’t wait to meet you!
