Ciara Desmond is a 500-Hour E-RYT, Founder + Chief Yoga Officer of Wicked Om Yoga + Ayurvedic Wellness Coach.
Hey, I’m Ciara, Founder + Chief Yoga Officer of Wicked Om Yoga. To say I LOVE learning and teaching about yoga, movement, and wellness is an understatement - I have more than 5,000 hours of teaching and more than 2,000 hours of training under my belt! I've studied under Katie Silcox, Ally Bogard, Abbie Galvin, Jillian Pransky, Sarah Duvall and many more incredible teachers. I love traveling and lead yoga, ayurveda and wellness retreats all over the world.
Figuratively balancing two girls under four, two dogs, a husband, and a yoga school. Literally balancing on a paddleboard.
Always learning more about: ayurveda, the divine feminine, restorative yoga, herbalism, plants, gardening, hormones, cycles, and so much more.
Beth first began practicing yoga after college, learning quickly that its purpose was to guide her back to a feeling of home within herself each and every time she stepped onto her mat.
In 2017, Beth completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, began teaching, and never looked back, completing a holistic wellness coaching certification program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in that same year. Since stepping into her soul’s work as a teacher and guide, she left corporate America, started Whole Beeing LLC, and has been teaching yoga and wellness coaching ever since.
At the start of 2020, Beth completed 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Indra Yoga Institute in India, where she immersed herself in the ancient teachings of the practice, trauma informed yoga, Ayurveda, and sacred Indian culture. Through teaching yoga and wellness coaching, Beth strives to facilitate self-study, or Svadhyaya in Sanskrit, as she holds space for her students and clients to inquire with themselves, live with greater intention and awareness, feel at home in their own skin, and incorporate lessons learned on the mat into their daily lives.
$299 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.

Each module focuses on either one or two of the Patanjali's 8 Limbs and includes a blend of pre-recorded and Live content.

Live content includes one live discussion and one special guest live workshop per month to deepen understanding, explore, and connect.
Both! We created this training as an opportunity for students to deepen their practice without the pressure of teaching AND for teachers who are eager to honor Yoga's roots or invest in their own studentship. All we ask is that you come as you are — with an open mind, an interest in yoga, and eager to learn.
Sure is! If you are a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, we will provide a certificate of completion once you have completed the immersion. Then you just submit your certificate to Yoga Alliance after the training along with hours.
Yes, all of our sessions are held online and recorded if you can’t make it live. You can live anywhere in the world and attend this immersion. This will also be available fully on-demand.
